Gameday Overlay respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Information we collect
We may collect the following information when you use Gameday Overlay:

- Subscription, trial and billing status
- Device and app information, such as app version, platform, device identifiers and notification settings
- Usage information, such as app activity, feature use, error logs and support-related events
- Slip, overlay and game-tracking information that you create or import
- Screenshots or shared images that you choose to upload or import into the app
We do not knowingly collect information from users under 18 years of age.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Provide the Gameday Overlay app and live overlay features
- Process subscriptions, trials and payments
- Import and process screenshots or shared slip information when you choose to use those features
- Send service messages and push notifications
- Provide customer support
- Improve reliability, performance and security
- Prevent misuse, fraud or unauthorised access
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
3. Screenshot and import features
If you choose to upload, share or import a screenshot or image, we process that image to help identify the relevant sport, game and slip details. This may involve secure processing by trusted technology providers.
Only use screenshot import for content you are authorised to share. You can continue to use Gameday Overlay without using screenshot import.
4. Payments
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe and supported payment providers such as Apple Pay where available. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing information and subscription records in accordance with its own privacy practices.
5. Sign-in providers
You may sign in using supported providers such as Apple, Google, Microsoft or Facebook. These providers may share basic account information with us, such as your name, email address or account identifier, depending on your settings and the provider used.
6. Push notifications and mobile devices
If you enable push notifications, we collect and store information required to send and manage notifications, including app platform, app version, device identifiers, notification tokens and notification delivery status.
You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
7. Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate Gameday Overlay. These may include providers for payments, authentication, app hosting, security, analytics, push notifications, support, image processing and infrastructure.
These providers are only used where needed to run, secure or improve the service.
8. Logs and security
Like most online services, we collect technical logs such as IP address, browser or device information, request details, app version, timestamps and error information.
We use this information for security, troubleshooting, performance monitoring and abuse prevention.
9. Marketing communications
We may send occasional product updates, service announcements or promotional emails. You can opt out of marketing emails where required by using the unsubscribe option or contacting support.
We will still send important account, billing or service-related messages.
10. Data storage and retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent misuse and maintain business records.
Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, audit logs or payment records where required for security, legal, accounting or operational reasons.
11. Account deletion
You can request account deletion or use the in-app account deletion option where available.
When an account is deleted, we disable access, revoke associated app sessions where possible, stop future push notifications and cancel active access according to the applicable subscription or trial status.
Some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, backups or support history.
12. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we use appropriate safeguards for the type of information we handle.

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
