By accessing or using Gameday Overlay, you agree to these Terms.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By subscribing, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
3. Subscription & Billing
Gameday Overlay operates on a monthly subscription model billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of first subscription purchase. After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
5. No Gambling Advice
Gameday Overlay is a tracking and display tool only. We do not provide gambling advice and are not affiliated with any betting operator. Users are responsible for their own decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gameday Overlay is not liable for any losses arising from use of the service, including financial loss.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
